Out showing property and need to write an offer?  With just a couple of clicks you can get that done on the fly.  Just send me the details, and I will prepare the appropriate forms and all that will be left for you to do is review and sign.  I will send the signed documents, along with your client's pre approval letter to the listing agent.  You can find the link to the offer form at the top of the forms page.

We will also provide any pre-showing forms required as a part of this service.  For example, the Co-Op Commission Form.

The cost is minimal.  $25 per offer written!

I will send you a thumb drive containing all of your transactions for the year.
