Listing to Close - $450 Paid at Closing

1. Create and send out listing agreement and disclosures upon request

2. Review Paperwork for completeness and all signatures

3. Schedule Photographer of your choice - Cost will be billed to you

4. Enter listing via dual entry system to GA MLS and FMLS

5. Upload photos – Chosen by you, your client, or Let Jan do it

6. Submit all required documents to broker

7. Upload Disclosures and any other documents to FMLS, GAMLS and Showingtime 

8. Setup Showingtime

9. Order Home Warranty

10. Work with whatever document management system you use. I am familiar with most.

11. Send out emails to agents notifying of price changes

ONCE LISTING GOES UNDER CONTRACT THEN CONTRACT TO CLOSE WILL BE INITIATED
